IMPORTANT NOTICE

Lexington Family Dental permanently closed as of September 2, 2026. We are deeply grateful for the trust our patients placed in us over the years, and it was an honor to care for you and your families.

If you need to find a new dentist, you can search the American Dental Association’s website at FindaDentist.ADA.org, or contact your dental insurance company for a list of in-network providers. If you are currently in treatment or have an unresolved dental condition, we encourage you to establish care with a new dentist promptly.

To request a copy of your dental records, or to have them transferred to your new dentist, email germantown@sgadental.com. Records are being securely maintained in accordance with Mississippi state law.

Through 10/30/26, patients with urgent needs related to recent treatment at Lexington Family Dental may contact Germantown Dental at (601) 381-8200. This limited transition coverage does not replace establishing care with a new dental provider.
